Shipping policy

We use Australia Post for shipping products to you. 

Standard delivery is $10 (2-8 business days delivery) and express is $15 (1-4 business days delivery). 

If you would to pick up your items in person at a session or Ice Bath session at Dee Why Beach, please select pick up in the delivery option and add a note to your order.
